How we work?
We develop applications,website through teams of project managers, web developers and designers. Based on strategic goals, project manager together with his teams decides on the specific functionalities they want to work on, and developers and designers decide on the way of implementing these solutions and select the necessary technologies.
The team then agrees on how to function and cooperate.
Since we like to work as a team, it is important to us that the new environment suits you completely. Therefore, we avoid organizing ourselves with a multitude of rules. It is important to us that you like to communicate and cooperate with others, that you take the initiative and have the desire for constant improvement.
What is expected of you?
Your most important task will be to provide our users with the best experience of the site together with our team. You will be involved in the entire product development process, which includes identifying user problems, devising solutions, designing, planning and monitoring the results of implemented ideas.
Daily communication with customers, project managers, marketing managers, developers. Creating solutions through two-way communication, usage metrics and detailed analysis of research results. Illustration design ideas using sketches, wireframes and mockups. Creating functional prototypes for testing solutions using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Creating a design system that would define colours, typography as well as ready-made UI elements such as: input fields, navigation elements, widgets, etc.
Required skills and knowledge:
- At least 7 years of work as a UI / UX designer,
- Experience in working with interface design programs such as: Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator,
- Experience in cooperation with different service users, managers, developers,
- Expressed communication skills and clear presentation of their ideas, proposals and designs,
- Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing).
Skills and knowledge that are important but not required:
- Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Principle or ProtoPie.
Benefits:
In accordance with the experience and qualifications, the amount of money that will be allocated monthly for this position is from 200,000.00 to 250,000.00 RSD.
